Yaer holds a degree in Law and Economics and is a licensed Lawyer. Through various executive roles including General Counsel, COO and Managing Director, he gained extensive ‘hands-on’ experience in corporate, commercial, M&A, investments and technology licensing, in complex international environments. He has also co-founded several ventures operating in a range of business fields, including a venture capital fund, cyber services, personalized wellness, e-commerce, and real-estate investment projects.
